How it is calculated
The Life Path comes from your date of birth and is the single most-cited number in numerology. It is calculated by reducing the month, day and year separately — preserving 11 and 22 in each component — and then reducing the total.
Because 22 is a master number it is preserved rather than reduced to 4. Many calculators get this wrong and quietly report the reduced digit instead.
